I recived the watch within a week from USA to Canada.It was really fast delivery and the watch is worth for the money. -- Worth for the money.

This is a great watch that can be worn dressy or casual. I loved the 2 tone and the finish on this was is wonderful...does not discolor or turn your wrist green. I have purchased this watch 2 times since my first watch was stolen in Mexico on vacation and I would not hesitate to buy another GUESS watch. GREAT PRICE & QUALITY. -- LOVE IT!!!

I recieved this as a gift some 4+ years ago. Love the sleek design, very nice dressy casual look. Initially I didn't get much wear out of the watch as I was significantly heavier; though snug, the watch fit, however soon the clasp on the watch became "sprain" the closure stopped functioning. I had the clasp replaced (Macy's the original merchant of purchase simply gave me a clasp and replaced the watch with one from stock) with two additional clasps, fitting losely now, the same exact thing occurred. Please note: The watch packaging has no contact info for the manufacturer. I finally gave up wearing it for some time, now about 3 years later I am again wearing my favorite watch. What changed? Well after searching the internet I located the 800 number for the manufacturer's (Guess) Customer Service, where a very pleasant Customer Service Rep Sent to me TWO clasps FREE if charge. The clasp that was sprung was not a replacement clasp but the permanent link. I took the watch to a local jeweler had the permanent clasp removed and one of the replacement links added as the permanent (around $8.00 -$20.00 dependent of course on location and merchant used).

In Summary is a very nice watch for the price, however three improvements are needed, better clasp and link retention, increase the size of the serial numbers on the back of the watch, currently one would need a maganifying glass (literally) to see theses numbers which are required when ordering parts and finally An email address and 800 Customer Service phone number included in the packaging would be very helpful. I was forunate enough to get to a very nice and very patient Customer Rep, who waited until I could locate a simliar watch on the internet and using that model number she located and sent (free of charge) the links I needed.
